30-Day Return Policy
To ensure a safe and transparent shopping experience, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same resellable condition that you received it.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- Restocking Fees: Furnotix does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
- Exceptions: Customized, made-to-order, or clearance sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

- Provide Details: Share your order number, clear product images, and the reason for your return.
- Get Authorization (RMA): If approved, our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the exact mailing address for our facility.
- Ship the Item: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
We process all refunds within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product at our facility. Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Full Refund (Defective/Incorrect): If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Furnotix will cover all shipping costs. We offer a 100% refund to your original payment method or a free exchange.
- Standard Refund (Change of Mind): If the product is in perfect condition but you wish to return it for personal reasons, the refund will be processed excluding the original shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange an item for any other reason (such as a change of preference), you will be responsible for the two-way shipping charges.
- Steps to Exchange: Contact us with your order details. Ship the product back to us in its original condition. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the new product after receiving the required shipping charges.
