Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- If your product arrived damaged or defective, you must provide video proof during unboxing.
Non-Returnable Items
Products made on order or customized to your specifications are not eligible for return or refund. We share a video of the final product before dispatch, and confirmation from your side is required to proceed.
Shipping Costs
- We pay return shipping if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- The customer pays return shipping if there’s no issue with the product.
